Vexanto
We build software for places that have to know who was there and when — schools marking a register, and workplaces running shifts. Both come down to the same thing: a daily record that still holds up when somebody questions it a month later.
Each runs on its own and is sold on its own. Schools take VexEdu; factories, shops and clinics take MyShift.
For schools
A school runs on one platform instead of six registers. Attendance, fees with online payment, exams, timetable, library, transport, and a login for parents.
For shift workplaces
Staff clock in from their own phone, and the location is checked against the site. The month comes out as a report payroll can use without re-typing anything.
Alongside the products we build software to order — the same team, the same standard. Ten years of Laravel and PHP behind it.
Laravel backends and the front end on top, from first commit to a live server you own.
Razorpay and other gateways, third-party APIs, and the webhook handling that keeps the records straight.
Document and CV processing, drafting tools, chat — queued properly, with output that gets checked before anyone acts on it.
Vexanto is a small software company working out of Punjab and Himachal Pradesh. Small enough that the people building the software are the people you talk to, and close enough to the schools and workplaces using it to hear directly when something isn't working.
Both products started the same way — watching someone keep a register by hand and asking what would actually make that easier. That is still how features get decided here. If it doesn't make somebody's day shorter, it doesn't ship.
We take on custom work too, and we're straight about fit: if a project isn't something we'd do well, we say so rather than take it on.
A demo takes twenty minutes, and we'll tell you honestly whether either product fits before you spend anything.
